Motivation and Focus
I am always excited about the start of a new week. It’s my time to challenge myself to accomplish something great by Friday. However, a major key to getting the most out of my week has a lot to do with what I put in to myself.
To stay motivated, I fill up on things that encourage me to go harder and stay focused.
That being said, a few important components that keep me focused include:
- Reading books which motivate me to accomplish goals
- Positive affirmations that encourage me to think good thoughts
- Positive conversations with others
- And motivating music
Now that you know the things that keep me pumped, take a moment to jot down the things that encourage you to accomplish your goals. Plaster these motivating factors somewhere consistently visible to you, and dedicate yourself to implementing them throughout your week.
A great start is censoring what you listen to.
This week I challenge you to avoid listening to negativity by steering clear of negative conversations and negative media which bring down your mood.
Instead, fill up on things which hype you to take on the world and make you feel like the goal-crushing diva that you are.
In fact, I’ll help you with this one by sharing my motivational playlist for your listening pleasure. Turn this bad boy up as you prep for the office and let it rip throughout your day. I’ve got a feeling it’ll get you in the mindset to slay your day.
